“Reese VIP Tattoo Giveaway”
Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc.

1. Eligibility. "Reese VIP Tattoo Giveaway" (the Contest) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees or volunteers of Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc. and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective relatives and subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies as well as immediate family and household members of each such employee or volunteers are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor. This Contest is sponsored by Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc. located at 7154 N. University Drive, Suite 152, Tamarac, Florida 33321.
3. Official Rules and Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor.
4. Contest Period. The Contest begins on January 26th, 2025 and ends on February 3rd, 2025.
5. How to Enter. Participants may enter the Contest online at http://igfn.us/form/4OFOmg, or in person at Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc.’s mailbox located at 7154 N. University Drive, Suite 152, Tamarac, Florida 33321, via 3x5 postcard sent to Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc. at 7154 N. University Drive, Suite 152, Tamarac, Florida 33321. Participant must include physical address, telephone number, and e-mail address upon entry or entry will be invalid. Mail-in submissions must be received by February 3rd, 2025.
6. Prizes. Upon entry, Participant is eligible to win the grand prize (1) Large tattoo session with Reese, (1) Roundtrip domestic airfare, and 3-night hotel stay at the Lakehouse San Marcos.
7. Prize Drawing, Selection and Notification of Winner. The Grand Prize and all other prizes will be awarded on February 4th, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by the organization on Tuesday, February 4th at 12p.m. EST. The Winner(s) will be announced via direct mail to the address of the winning participant and posted on Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc’s website: www.hopevscancer.org. The Winner(s) will also be notified directly. The Winner(s) has the responsibility to claim their prize at the location of the Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc., 7154 N University Drive, Tamarac, Florida 33321 or by email at info@hopevscancer.org and do so within thirty (30) days of the announcement date. Winner(s) must present legal identification and any additional information needed to confirm the potential Winner(s). Upon receipt of notification, Winner(s) authorizes the use of his/her name, image and likeness, on the Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc.’s website, advertisements and brochures of all media forms to promote the success of the Contest and future Contests by Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc.
8. Terms and Conditions. *No Purchase Necessary; Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc. suggests a minimum contribution of $10 per entry. This is voluntary and any participant can obtain an entry without payment of any funds or may contribute any amount that the participant deems appropriate for the entry without obligation as to the amount.
9. Limitation of Liability. Participant’s entry into Contest constitutes his/her agreement to release and hold harmless Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
10. Disputes. In the event of any dispute by a participant, that participant a) waives jury trial, b) agrees that all disputes arising out of or in any way relating to the drawing or any claims arising therefrom by the participant must be resolved through an Alternate Dispute Resolution Procedure.

12. Winner’s List. Participants can request a copy of the list of winners by logging on to hopevscancer.org or by requesting a copy via U.S. mail to Hope vs Cancer Foundation, Inc.: 7154 N. University Drive, Suite 152, Tamarac, Florida 33321.
13. Affirmation of Acceptance and to All of the Official Contest Rules and Regulations. By entering the Contest, Participant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
